They saved my London to Paris ride.Whilst doing the London to Paris, my rear derailleur exploded. My friend managed to find most of the pieces. We hashed it together. I rang the gents at Kontour Cycles, I explained the situation, despite their heavy workload, they managed to fit me in at the end of the day. They fixed rear derailleur, then sorted out other problems, including fine tuning the gears front and back.If I lived around here I would be a regular customer.Many thanks for the help.

Alex and his colleague are h extremely pleasant and only to willing to give a helping hand. I have y bike serviced there and the work has been really very good, but then I am no expert. They charge competitive price and I would recommend them to anyone needing their bikes looked at.
