They dont answer the phone. 45 mins still waiting, whilst my 2 year old little girl is laying poorly on my lap. Absolutely disgusting!
Never get appointment always full when ring up I have health problems and the reception are rude when I get though thinking of moving doctors now
I have been a patient here for over 3 years and have found the doctors and staff to be really good people. the surgery can be busy at times but you're always get a smile and the how are are you. The car parking can be a bit of a problem but if you're patient you'll find The Space. The only problem is phoning for an appointment first thing in the morning, it can take a very long time to get through.
It was a nice warm waiting area while waiting for the doctor receptionist was quite polite and friendly too
Terrible reception staff - prioritise the elderly when there's young people with health problems, can't be seen by a doctor for ages due to bookings, small practice, have to call between 8:30am & 9am to book an appointment and the phones always engaged for that whole half an hour.. ample car parking
