Our experience with this agency was not good at all. My husband and I arranged our schedules so we can both go and see the property we were really interested in but, on the day of our appointment, the agent called us and said that the property has been rented out. Someone put deposit on it. How can you rent the property without giving the same opportunity to everyone, to at least see it? Why they booked us in the first place?
