Visit many times as pass between Brighton and Hastings and a nice place to use the wc, order a burger and carry on driving. Quick friendly service with polite staff. Not much parking but great for fly by visits
Incredibly friendly staff, the young girl who doesn't eat Gluten was an absolute pleasure. It's a real shame McDonald's don't do any real Gluten-free food though. Nice play area and lots to occupy the kids. Tiny car park though. Other than that it does exactly what it says on the tin.
What ever you do, don't use click and collect at polegate, they can't manage the drive through let alone additional services. It is supposed to be quick and easy but it's slower than going in store. Slowest fast food ever. Shocking.
A good clean place to go and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is family orientated with a carpark outside, or you can place your order at the drive through.
Sunday night visit. Seeing a staff member standing outside the entrance spit on the floor and then walk back in wiping his hands on his trousers wasn't the best introduction. Took longer than expected for my simple order. The male staff members seemed more interested in chatting to their mates who were in than providing good service. Shame really as been in a couple of times with the kids before and it's been okay.
