Staff are rude and have the most horredious attitude when I showed a ticket she snatched it out my hand like she was a child and I was dangling a sweet in front of her face she then glared at me so I said that I wanted to keep it as I like to put where I travel in my memory box she then decided to rip it so I couldn't use it I commented on her attitude and she said she dose not have attitude it's her job
Small place but enough there.
The station itself is a nice little station that has great access. The staff are friendly and helpful. However the car park is very confusing and poorly sign posted. Numerous issues have arisen from this including multiple fines for various people.
Small station but does have waiting lounges on both platforms. Good links to Brighton and London and back to Eastbourne.
Part of the car park at the station is privately owned and has no ticket machines, you can only call up to pay. I could not as I'm deaf, therefore I'm stung with 2 parking charge notices. Appealing now.
