Rude, combative and unhelpful. An over-weight woman shop assistant, living under the delusion she is an 'Alpha Female', tries to lord it over the unsuspecting. Travel a little and find far better places. Ford near Arundel recommended.
My gas fire had it's yearly service last week, as always, the young man who came to do it was extremely efficient, answered all my queries and got on with the job. I have had services done by a variety of firms and I can honestly say that the only firm I have given 5 stars to is Sussex Fireplace Gallery. I can totally recommend them.
I don't normally leave reviews but in the days when excellent customer service is rare it should be applauded. Good communication from start to finish, no pushy sales, Stuart went out of his way to ensure we could have the fire we wanted, everything went to schedule and fitters did a great job. All staff were helpful and polite. Thank you.
