Really pleased I made the effort to go over to SPS's Polegate showroom. There's a big display of very tempting bathroom suites and radiators and lots of help deciding on what to include. The 3D visualisations made it very easy to test layouts and different items and the completed installation really did look like the final computer images. Prices were competitive with web based suppliers and going local proved to be a wise decision. There were a couple of manufacturing issues which Dale and his colleagues resolved really quickly. The big test of good service was when the plumber lost some parts for an in-wall cistern. SPS quickly provided replacements from their own stocks so the work could be completed without any delay. The bathroom looks amazing and all thanks to a good supplier with exemplary customer service.
